ELKO IHC confusion

Hello,

I’d like to address naming similarity but technological difference of IHC ELKO smart home systems.

1) IHC ELKO which can be interfaced from openHAB via this binding and is presented on these websites:
https://www.se.com/fi/fi/home/campaign/elko-plus/elko-plus.jsp

http://www.elko.no/

2) iHC ELKO EP (Inels, ElkoEP) which doesn’t have a binding in openHAB and is presented on these websites:
http://www.inels.com/apartment
https://www.elkoep.com/

This one uses a Communication Server through which it should be connectable to KNX, EnOcean, ZigBee, Z-Wave and also has some XMLRPC protocol. I have requested documentation for setting up and communicating on these interfaces…

So, the point of this topic is to suggest a clarification in the description of existing IHC ELKO binding, so that others will not make the mistake I have made, i.e. selecting the smart home installation based on its operability via openHAB and later finding out it does not work.

On the other hand, I am looking for a programmer who could program a binding for the 2nd ELKO smart home system.

ELKO Living is the same as IHC. ELKO Wireless does also seem like the same.

@pauli_anttila may have an opinion about this. Perhaps a change the the binding doc, to state it´s ELKO Living/Wireless.
