Error in first rule opend with Visual Studio Code

I run Visual Studio Code with the openHab Plugin on a Win 10 PC.
Lately I get an error message on the first rule opend:
“The type rulenameRules is already defined in rulename.rules”
and the complete rule code is underlines with a red wavy line.
The next rules are shown with no problems.
Its the same problem with any rule when opend first.
A reinstallation didn’t change this.
Does any know who to solve this problem?

don’t select the root folder

I have selected the rules folder.

I still have the problem, when I open the rules folder!
It works, when I open the conf folder. In this case I don’t have the save icons anymore.
As far as I rember it worked fine before. What has changed?
