Confused, isn’t this using the rules to switch on and off?

@Paul_Atkin … Hi, I am coming across a weird issue. When I try to create the 2nd Exec:Command line (pluglightcheck) in PaperUI, am getting the following error: Cannot run program “Thing”: error=2, No such file or directory. Any idea what could be the issue here?
