Failed installation of Mqtt 1.12

Need help,
can’t install the MQTT binding and get the follwoing error message in my log:

2023-09-26 20:59:46.309 [ERROR] [core.karaf.internal.FeatureInstaller] - Failed installing ‘openhab-action-mqtt, openhab-binding-mqttitude1, openhab-binding-mqtt1’: Error:
Error downloading mvn:org.openhab.binding/org.openhab.binding.mqtt/1.12.0
Error downloading mvn:org.openhab.io/org.openhab.io.transport.mqtt/1.12.0

I’m unsing OH 2.3.

Is there any different way to install the MQTT binding?

(Initially I try to include my shelly energy meter. But in my understanding, my current OH instance is to old for the shelly binding. )

You certainly will have to change the address to get the package, as OH2.3 is so outdated, the fqdn changed since.
Please be aware that it’s very unlikely that you will get any binding installed online for such an old version, at least you will have to update to OH2.5.12.

But you are lucky, shelly binding was available for OH2.5 see
