Failed to add a second with the same UID!

Running OH2.2 happily for the past few weeks and haven’t bothered to check the logs until the random (every few minute) disconnects / connects to cloud today. Then I noticed that nearly all my items display this at startup:
“Failed to add a second with the same UID!”

I checked Paper UI and the json files but can’t find that either are replicated! Any ideas?

I see this in 2.3, too.
Is this maybe just an issue during startup?

Or did you find the root cause?
