Failed to build custom openhab distribution from command line

Hi everyone,
I’m working for a big company and I need to create a custom openHAB distribution with custom bindings and services.
In order to do this, I installed the development environment with eclipse installer.
As I need to have stable builds and to stick to a stable version I checked out the 2.1.0 tag for openHAB and the 0.9.0-b5 for smarthome. All is doing fine in Eclipse but when I want to compile all on the command line the project org.eclipse.smarthome.ui.paper fail to compile.
I get the following error :

When I run the npm install in the project with the same parameters all is doing well.

Does anyone ah a solution ?
