Hello,

I’m a new user. I’m running Open Hab on my QNAP NAS under a debian virtual machine.
My Z-Wave controller is a Aeotec Z-STICK GEN5.

My Fibaro wall plug is detected as an “Unknown Device”.

Is this wall plug supported ? If yes can you tell me how to detect it correctly ?

Check your thing type and thing id if it matches those in the online database.

I have checked in the database. This plug is supported.
Any idea why it is detected as “Unknown device” ?
