Fibaro Smoke Detector Z-Wave type

  • Platform information:
    • Hardware: Synology
    • Java Runtime Environment: 1.8.0_192
    • openHAB version: 2.3.0.005
      I tried to include a Fibaro Smoke Detector. The device is added and a xml file created but it is unknown. The node xml looks like that:
      0x10f
      0x1003
      0xc02
      I can find it in the Z-Wave database with exactly the same ID/type as FGSD002 but in HABmin or PaperUI it is shown as unknown.
      I goolged and it looks like that there is no way to update the Z-wave database directly/manually. So do I have to wait until 2.4. is ready for Synology?

Please use a newer version (ie 2.4) and it should work.

Unfortunately there is no 2.4 SPK for the Synology Diskstation yet

I’m afraid that one way or another, you will need to use a newer binding - it’s not possible to add this device back in to an old version. Sorry.
