Hi Jay - I did review the code and believe i did find an intermittent issue. Let me run a fix over the weekend and verify it works - then i’ll upload a new version for you to try.

Jeff

Haven’t run sprinklers yet, crappy weather in Chicagoland lately.

Hi Jay - There’s an issue that in 5.0, there are added semantic tags in the model which if they are not removed cause this error when running in 4.3.x. I thought I had removed those for the build I did, but I guess not. Can you try to download from the link again?
Thanks.
I dropped it in this time and it worked fine. I’m not doing a clean restart of OH and will test the trigger channel either tonight or tomorrow morning w/the sprinkler system.
Best, Jay
I got the alerts in the event log this time.
flume:meter-device:e14420bb44:7105470611102401252:usage-alert triggered High Flow Alert triggered at 2025-06-18T02:12. Water has been running for 15 minutes averaging 10.3 gallons every minute.

But, the rule never fired, and I think I know why.
The original version of the binding you had usageAlert and now it’s usage-alert. I’ll have to test this change to see if it fires now.
