Hi @michaelp, does the following post help? It shows you that you can set the subnet in the textual configuration:

you didn’t mention the openHAB2 release that you are running, but in the latest Snapshot (1032) there is an option in PaperUI for this: [image] you can also set the IP Subnet in /etc/openhab2/services/runtime.cfg: org.eclipse.smarthome.core.net.NetUtil:primaryAddress=172.16.13.0/24

The referred folder in a manual installation would be : conf/services/
