I’m an idiot and have can’t log in to port 8101. I can log into port 22, however, is there a way of resetting the password from there?
You my friend need to describe your problem better 
From what I understand you are not able to connect to the openHAB remote console. Here you’ll find instructions on how to change the password for the console: http://docs.openhab.org/administration/console.html#changing-the-password
