Fresh install Eclipse starts, but nothing happens

Hi - I ran into an issue in my environment where after you select the “Debug OSGi” from the app.bndrun, it kicks off with the following line in the console:

app.bndrun [OSGi Framework] /usr/local/Cellar/openjdk@17/17.0.7/libexec/openjdk.jdk/Contents/Home/bin/java

However, nothing further happens. I have have tried installing a fresh version of Eclipse (Version: 2023-03 (4.27.0)) and get a similar result.

Any suggestions?
