Fritz.Box current downstream rate does not vary

Hi, I am running on OH3.2 on a Raspi4. I got my Fritz.box connected via the TR064 binding following the posts in the forum. Worked well. I get values as you can see in the log file on some parameters.

What I am interested most is the parameter “current downstream bandwidth”. Strange enough this does not change. Here is a graph of the max downstream bandwidth, btw compared with an OOKLA Speedtest running on my Raspi.

As you can see there is only 1 green point from the current downstream rate (=Fritz.box download speed), but no further data points, while the max downstream rate parameter of the Fritz.box shows regular changes in values. Any idea why the current downstream is not changing values?

My setup: OH3.2, Raspi4, Grafana&Influx persistence.

What am I up for: as you can see the OOKLA speedtest on the Raspi shows repeated problems during the day. I want to get more data to single out the problem and wanted to compare the data rate on the Fritz box with the OOKLA on Raspi.
