The self consumption could’ve been calculated yourself from the available power flow data, but it’s provided by the inverter for convenience.
You don’t need to calculate that back into watt - you just use the power flow data already available to you in raw form (watt).
The self consumption is how much of your own generated (and/or stored?) power is being used by yourself.
So if your PV generates 10kW and your home draws 6kW of power, the self consumption is 60%. You self consume 60% of what you generate and export 40% of it.
If the PV generates 2kW and your home draws 6kW, your self consumption is 100% and your export is 0%
