GE 12719 Outlet dropped from database?

I have a GE 12719 zwave outlet (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0013V58HU) that i was using with openHAB 2.2 and a snapshot of the zwave binding in order to get secure inclusion for my deadbolt. I recently rebuilt using openHAB 2.4, and this device is no longer found in the database. Was it dropped? How can I help build a new entry? Is this even the right forum? @chris

Please provide information about your device - eg what device IDs are reported?

Thanks for your quick response. On my third attempt to include it so I could answer your question, it worked. False alarm I guess. The device and controller were 2 feet from each other.
