I think I figured out my issue. I was using a SMB file share not a CIFS. Now my problem is getting the permissions correct with the CIFS. Openhab isn’t able to write to the file.
EDIT: I got caught by the “run as a service” issue. I went back to a SMB service and turned off the “run as a service” for BI. All is good now.
