Getting a bunch or errors after starting oH (1.8.3)

Hi there,

i was working at some of my rules when i didn´t got any reaction from openHAB.
So i did a service restart and after that thousands of errors were popping up in the log.
After a reboot of my raspberry pi3 the log seemed to be clear but then another bunch of errors appeared.

Here´s my log from startup over the errors until now.

Any ideas where this might come from ?
