Give static name to USB

How can I set a static USB name on rpi3 to usb connected devices? I have USB dongle for modbus, mysensor(arduino) and DMX and sometimes these swap numbers on reboot…

In /etc/udev/rules.d/ everyone may define their own USB device naming rules.
