It looks like it is possible to get Google Home to support push notifications. This is a whole new world compared to ask / reply functionality of hue-emulation. Has anyone spent any time looking at a binding for Google Home that would allow push notifications?
Not sure if this is what you mean but the Chromecast Binding works with Home. It allows the Home to be used as an audio sink and you can push TTS messages to it.
