Google presented the Amazon Echo rival: Google Home, available at the end of this year.
Looks quite good…Once again if its got open API’s then it will be good for us!

I’m also keeping a close eye on this. Google has numerous advantages around machine learning and Web search… Interested to see how this new product comes together.
In the end competition is always a good thing for consumers 
I really like that Google home can play netflix, i guess this can be done with amazon echo with a smart tv, and a lot of coding aswell(get string from echo, then go through each char and emulate button press)…
It also seems like google home does not have a 3.5mm jack and it cost 129 vs 40 usd for echo dot.
