The new Google Nest Cam Accu is now available in germany. But this device could not discover with the nest binding. I’ve successful discover Nest Cam Doorbell (wired, not the new model) und two cameras. Is there a new update of the binding necessary?

If it doesn’t work it probably means that Google still needs to add support for it in the SDM API. AFAIK the features are very similar to the already supported Nest Hello doorbell except for that the new doorbells don’t support streaming video. 
You are right. I found similar questions on stack https://stackoverflow.com/questions/68983286/is-the-google-nest-doorbell-battery-2021-accessible-through-the-sdm-api with the same hint. The Google support answers that there is actually no SDM support.
