Looks like for whatever reason your rrd4j addon became uninstalled or is somehow corrupted and not functional. Look in karaf to see if it is still installed and activated.

I am using the rrd4j for storing data .i am contineously sending the data .data is stored in side the .rrd file.
How can I see the content of the .rrd files in side the .rrd file .

There is no way I know of short of writing a program yourself that uses the rrd4j library. The standard rrd tools do not work for rrd4j.

Maybe this helps. Delete all rrd4j dependent files maybe you should start with a fresh install also.

Troubleshooting

From time to time, you may find that if you change the item type of a persisted data, you may experience charting or other problems. To resolve this issue, remove the old <item_name>.rrd file in the ${openhab_home}/etc/rrd4j folder or /var/lib/openhab/persistence/rrd4j folder for apt-get installed openHABs.
