Habmin 2.1 jar file not found

Hello,

OpenHab 2 runs fine under Raspi 3 B, the Z-Wave-Network with 2 Nodes are discovered and configured.
One other Node gets wrong, so I should remove (exclude) it from the network and add it new.
Thats I’ll do with Habmin 2.

I’m sorry, but I can’t find the habmin2.(x)- jar-File, where is descripted in https://github.com/openhab/org.openhab.ui.habmin/wiki/HABmin2-installation-for-OpenHAB-2.
On the URL https://github.com/openhab/org.openhab.ui.habmin/releases I only had found source code in all kinds in all versions, but never the installable jar or Archive with the jar.
What I do wrong? Can anybody tell me the Download-URL to the compiled jar-file?

HABmin should be installed the same as other addons. You can use PaperUI to do this -:
