Habmin2 does it have an include mode?

I cant for the life of me find a reference to habmin2 having an include mode. I have a UZB stick which needs to be software included.
Also - is all I need to run Habmin as of the writing of this - the JAR file, and enable the z-wave binding in Paper UI (not use the the 1.9 binding)

Just start the discovery, it will put your controller in inclusion mode.
And for habmin installation see the wiki:

And for including your controller to openhab/habmin, see

Continuing the discussion from Testing Z-Wave binding on openHAB-2:

Firstly, you need to manually add the controller - in HABmin or PaperUI,
you need to go to the add thing option (in HABmin, this is the
Configuration | Thing Configuration menu, and click on the + at the
top). Select the “Z-Wave Serial Controller” thing. You need to go to the
port settings and set the COM port address.

As a reference to others that end up here, there’s a quick overview of how to include a device here.
