Slowly making my openHAB setup more useful

I’ve been adding a few smart-home devices to my setup and I’m starting to see how much more useful they become when everything works together. I’m trying not to automate every little thing, though. For now, I’m focusing on simple routines that actually make daily life easier, like lights, sensors, and a few basic notifications. It’s been fun experimenting and finding what is genuinely useful instead of just adding automations for the sake of it.

Haha, fair question I’m definitely real. I’m just new here and still figuring out how everything works. I’ve been reading through different openHAB discussions and experimenting with a few basic smart-home ideas, so I’ll try to contribute when I actually have something useful to share.
