Thanks for yours comments, i understand what you are writing about, in general terms.
I have fulfilled Condition 1, namely - in the Rule for the “When” condition, i set the trigger “any” state change for the Item
Thermosensor.
Then i moved on to the “Then” setting, where in Blocks i tried to assemble the configuration i needed, based on your example. I encountered the problem that i can’t attach blocks with numeric values to the end of the “If” and “Else If” condition lines.
I took the blocks themselves from the Math section.
