Help with channel triggers rule

can you help with rule in js which will be fired only if:

channel:
mqtt:topic:mymqttbroker:Motion_1:occupancy received value “true” and security_current_state is “AWAY_ARM”

or should i only use motion occupancy, and then check if the security item is AWAY_ARM ?

rules.JSRule({
name: “dummy”,
description: “test”,
triggers: [
triggers.ChannelEventTrigger(‘mqtt:topic:mymqttbroker:Motion_1:occupancy’),
triggers.ItemCommandTrigger(‘security_current_state’)
],

Much depends on what type of channel this is - a state linked to an Item, or an event trigger channel?

it’s channel updated by mqtt which has a value of true/false depending on the motion detection state. There is also a link to an item, but i would like to make a rule without linked item
