Helping to integrate a Smartmeter in OpenHAB 2

Hello,

I would like to do some research to measure the power consumption of different devices. For this I have got an electronic electricity meter. Now I would like to integrate this into OpenHAB 2. Getting OpenHAB2 up and running did not cause me any trouble. I found a built-in binding on OpenHAB2 (.jar file) which I would like to test. Can someone tell me how to install and test this?

OK. But which one. What’s the payload? What technology does it use? How do you get the data? Answer these questions; only then will be able to help you better.

I am using this SmartMeter :


My SmartMeter is connected to :
http://www.sagemcom.com/de/smart-city/dr-neuhaus/zaehlerfernauslesung/zdue-lan-sym2/
And i want to read out OBIS Numbers. As Far as i know it uses SyM² protocol.
