Is it possible to control HomeMatic and philips hue without the hue bridge and without the CCU2?
Could raspberry pi with the ZigBee attachment and with the USB HomeMatic stick control both?

If you install homegear to control homematic, it is possible to control hue as well but you will not get rid off the hue gateway
