[SOLVED] Homematic: Channel not found for datapoint 'xyz...:0#RSSI'

Hey there,

I updated to the latest OH2 snapshot build #844 and since the see ‘Channel not found for datapoint’ messages for all Homematic devices. If important I’m using Homegear. For example:

2017-03-18 08:35:09.883 [WARN ] [ematic.handler.HomematicThingHandler] - Channel not found for datapoint 'NEQ0629224:0#RSSI'
2017-03-18 08:35:09.888 [WARN ] [ematic.handler.HomematicThingHandler] - Channel not found for datapoint 'NEQ0629224:0#SIGNAL_STRENGTH'

Interesting is I do not map these channels in my items definition, so a ‘RSSI’ and ‘SIGNAL_STRENGTH’ do not appear in my config files.

Any idea?

You have to delete and readd the Thing again in PaperUI

Just found this post for the same issue - and thanks @gerrieg , that fixed it for me too! (and now I’m contemplating, if i really ignored that warning for more than a year :slight_smile: )
