Homematic HmIP KRC4 and HM RC-4-3

Hello,

I have two Homematic (IP) remotes.
The Homematic RC-4-3 work in Openhab without Problems.
But the Homematic IP KRC4 doesn’t work. Is this a common problem?
I don’t receive any Signal from a key press with the KRC4.
