Homeseer HSM100 motion sensor not initializing or configurable

I have a Homeseer HSM100 motion, light, and temperature zwave sensor.It shows up in habmin but has the grey “uninitialized” dot next to it as an “EZMotion Express Wireless 3 in 1 Sensor” (I think the hardware is identical just with Homeseer branding).

The device does not appear to be configurable and it does not seem to send any motion events to openhab. Sorry if I am missing something obvious, I am just getting started with openhab.

I hope it is not that difficult to get this sensor to work in Openhab.

I have the motion part of this sensor working.It is green in Habmin.
