How to Access OpenHab from 'Outside' and with iOS (iPhone)

Thanks to the kindness of many knowledgeable people on this board, I was able to setup OpenHab on an RPI4, and while I still have some configurations to make, I’m curious about two aspects:

  1. How to access OpenHab from OUTSIDE of my home - with Web Browser
  2. How to access OpenHab with an iphone - with the iOS App

I tried few things but no success so far. Yes … I reckon I still have a lot more reading to do.
