Is it possible to add a sitemap from OH2.5 to the overview page in OH 3 like a widget?

The OH3 Overview page does not use Sitemaps. That should be clear in the documentation.

I Don’t think this is possible directly. There is nothing that you can do with a sitemap that you cannot do with the MainUI widgets, so there’s not a lot of reason for the devs to combine the sitemaps and UI.

The possible workaround would be to create a Web Frame Card and link that to your site map url.
