How to bring back package install page

Good day. I accidentally click the “Skip package installation”. Now, I’m no longer able to see it. How do I bring it back? Thank you.

Found it. I edited the addons.cfg and set the package install to minimal. UI is currently installing.

I probably need help on this. Stuck on this page for several hours already. What to do?
