I have a OpenHAB2 (openhab2-online, 2.0.0~b3) installation which I want to use with HABdroid. It is working with the iOS app and also from web browser, even from my android devices, but not with HABDroid. On the android devices (Android 4.2.2 and 5.0.2) I’ve installed HABdroid 1.8.0.2. It should b…

The issue seems to be solved with the update to OH2 Beta4.

Actually you don’t have to do anything except deactivate the demo mode after installation… No setup necessary, the app looks for openHAB server in local network automatically and will find it … if everything is set up correctly. Only downside without providing the local openHAB server ip: it takes…

have tou looked into project rotini like i mentioned before?

No, but I think I will have a look at it at a later stage of my project when it gets more complex. Now the Basic and classic UI fit, and my aim is at this moment to keep the configuration universal for the different devices. Luckily the app 3House seems to be stable now. So I’ve replaced HABdroid …

many more options over habdroid Do you have any recommendations? Imperihome looks nice but I’m probably not advanced enough to get it going

So I’m seeing the same issue using Habdroid with Android version 5.0.2(on my phone). I have an Android tablet running 5.0.1 and there it works fine. My phone however gives me the message “Please check that openHAB is running or configure OpenHAB URL or remote URL”. It does not show the sitemap I …
