How to put Z-wave controller into inclusion mode?

Hello,

I have a Nortek HUSBZB-1 stick with Zwave controller. I have setup the controller in OH3. How do i put the controller into inclusion mode?

PS: I am trying to migrate my devices from Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5 since it is acting up.
