For an ‘easy’ solution without having to mess around with modbus, take a look at this:
https://hub.docker.com/r/bushrangers/ha-voltronic-mqtt/
I’m currently using the docker setup on an extra (non-openhab) raspberry Pi positioned near the fuse box to read the values of my Victron BMV-702 Battery Monitor and my Alpha Outback SPC III inverter. If you do’t want to use Docker, scroll down to “Using inverter_poller binary directly” for instructions how to poll the device ‘manually’.

That doesn’t mean your particular device is working Sunspec. Thought you were going to spend some time on this, not “do it for me”.
If you cannot find out, try it out

I checked once more on the sunspec page
https://sunspec.org/sunspec-modbus-certified-products/
and victron isn’t there.
I also tried before all sunspec options in modbus and wasn’t working
So I must go a harder way. Please can you check my configuration which I posted if you will see any error from my side ?

ok, itš working. I checked all again step by step and solution was switch to pause
and run again and now power measurement is working
hope this discussion will help other new users start with modbus.
