How to report status of gate via z-wave hardware modul? no battery operated module

Hello,

I would like to report the state of a gate via Z-Wave hardware module (report only when the gate is open). But it should not be a battery-operated door/window module, but permanently powered with 230V.
Is there a recommended hardware Z-Wave module?

You can pick up an IP66 rated junction box off Ebay for a few dollars, throw in one of those tiny DC power supplies off Ebay too and you’ve got a pretty good solution going for less than $20.
