How to set the control line of a ComPort?

I am using OH 3.4 on a windows PC. Now I would like to use an amplifier which I need to connect with a serial cable. Therefore I need to set the serial control line.

Question:

  • Can I open a com port directly from OH and set the control line?
  • It is important that this com port remains all the time open
  • I would like to use blockly if possible
