How to update Binding on OH2

Hi,

I am trying to update a jar file on OH2 for the InsteonPLM Binding that some friends fixed the compatibility. How do I add it to the OH2?

In essence I want to add the fix 4573 - https://github.com/openhab/openhab/pull/4573
