Howto "egg-timer" - Help needed

Hello,
I would like to configure a flexible timer for a wall plug switch…It should work like an egg-timer…either I can enter minutes until it will turn OFF or alternatively (which I prefer better) to setup a specific time…and if this time happens it turns off…

And of course it should be enabled and changed (time) directly in the GUI…
Any ideas / anyone ever done this before?
