I am a complete NOOB. I read the forum on this subject and it is not clear to me yet what I need to do.
This switch is not in the database I have (Windows now - soon to be Linux Rasberry)
So. It shows up as an unknown device. How do I update whatever database data object I have so that my system can recognize this switch and I can see it’s channels.
What binding version are you using? If it is relatively new switch, you may need to upgrade to the snapshot version of the zwave binding. It may not be available in the stable release (2.2) of the zwave binding.
