Second thing is: your device does not respond:

Is the device online?
Which channels did you link to which items?
Which zwave binding version are you using?

Here are the correct channels and items you need to use:

Put them on a sitemap and watch BasicUI. NaN usually means the device is not sending any data yet. You may need to wake it up several times.
