Http binding error after update to openHAB ver. 2.5.12-1

deleted /srv/openhab2-userdata/config/org/openhab/http.config, because in there where old channels that don’t existed anymore.

If it looked like an http.cfg, that’s probably the right one.
Rummaging in old cfg/config conflict posts confirms that folder.

Please be aware of a big potential gotcha: If you define parameters in a .cfg file, but later change the key or comment out the key (to the left of the = sign), the old key and value remains in the configuration stored in the server. This can wreak havoc and lead to many otherwise inexplicable problems. Users expect, quite reasonably, that the old key no longer mentioned in the .cfg file disappears from the configuration, but it doesn’t. This is particularly irksome when you use a 1.x bindi…

I don’t know what that is about. “xtext.validation” does suggest configuration somewhere.

But that is a better clue. Unusual error, but look like something up in that rules file - something more than syntax, maybe character set?
