HTTP Binding on Openhab2

when I go to habmin it says openHAB-1 HTTP Binding, can I install this on openhab2?

I need to add a IP camera stream using the camera’s IP.

All bindings listed in habmin are proven to run without problem on OH 2.

Do you have a conf/http.cfg file? If so, configure it per the wiki (but leave out any http: prefixes in it you might see in the wiki).
