I want to be able to create animated colour change sequences for my Hue lights. Is this something anyone else is working on?
Would this be better implemented as an action or as a script?

I am interested in that. Yesterday i switches from the hue Bindung to the Homematic Binding with homegear, what basically works great.

Short answer: afaik there is no possbility (yet) to activate hue scenes via OH.
