How do i request new standard icons to the classic icon set?
I have need for e.g. mail box, dishwasher and so on.

I think you can submit an issue on the Eclipse Smarthome project.
If you already have icons you can just put them into the icons/classicui folder.

I know that i can use my own icons, but then i can not easy use them in habpanel and also in a long term OpenHAB will be more user friendly if we have a more complete iconset.

Then, like I said, file an issue on the Eclipse Smarthome Project. I think HABpanel has its own set of icons so you need to file an issue there as well.
