Image refresh not working in app mobile

Hi, I have in mi sitemap:

Image url="http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxx/cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2&usr=user&pwd=pass" refresh=1000

From app mobile not refresh image but from navigator work fine and refresh every 1 s.
