The contributors have done a remarkable job of making installation straight-forward. But it’s really important that the application “play nice with others.” Whether running under apache or nginx, an application path is an essential element. Every path generated for the client should be relative and every incoming request should have the path prefix removed prior to processing. I would have thought that the node.js framework would handle this, but I must be mistaken. I’d be willing to free up some cycles if others consider this worth the effort. Feedback invited.
